Maria Rivera is the Office Manager at our Chandler location, where she brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge and administrative expertise to every patient interaction. Born and raised in the Arizona Valley, Maria is deeply rooted in the community she serves.

Maria's journey into dentistry was deeply personal. After navigating her own dental health challenges, she realized that transformation is possible even when it feels out of reach. That experience ignited a passion for helping others achieve the same results — and it's a mission that drives her every day.

She holds a Dental Assistant Certificate and an Associate's degree in Public Administration, giving her a well-rounded foundation in both the clinical and operational sides of dental care. Beginning her career as a dental assistant gave Maria a deep understanding of clinical needs, which she now leverages in the front office to advocate for patients. She specializes in helping patients navigate financial options to ensure that cost never stands in the way of their treatment.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Maria says it's the connections: "Connecting with people I might never have met otherwise is a highlight of my day. It's incredible to see the difference a healthy smile can make for someone."

Maria believes dental health shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. She focuses on making care attainable by finding practical workarounds that respect each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
