When you first walk into our Ahwatukee office, you’ll be greeted by our office manager. We’re a small, close-knit practice, so you’ll only be dealing with one person up front. She’s great with patients and is an expert at getting the most out of your insurance. She’ll also take your health history form. You can fill it out when you arrive or download it here to fill out beforehand, saving you time.
Our assistant then takes you back. She’ll offer you a water and talk to you about the reason for your visit. She’s great at making notes for Dr. Kaur so you don’t have repeat yourself when she arrives. From there we’ll do x-rays.
When we return to the room, you’ll be offered a pillow and blanket as well as vaseline for your lips, if you’d like that. Dr. Kaur will then do your exam. When we’re done, we’ll discuss any issues that have arisen and, if any treatment is required, our office manager will go over a detailed treatment plan for you, so you’ll know exactly what to expect in your oral health care.
